As the Children's Worship Pastor, this individual provides leadership and vision casting for all aspects of Children's Worship at the St. Charles/South Elgin campus of Christ Community Church. Our ideal candidate will possess great leadership skills in conjunction with excellent musical and technical skills. This person will be instrumental in preparing the hearts of our children to receive the teaching of God's Word.
