In this exciting full-time pastoral position you would use your administration, teaching, leadership, and shepherding gifts as you provide leadership and oversight of the Next Steps processes for Christ Community Church. This role designs and implements the processes used to bring new attenders into full participation in the church. Leading the Rooted ministry, and overseeing baptisms and membership, this role helps people take next steps through all phases of the discipleship process. We see this person as a vital key in helping people become thriving followers of Jesus Christ, who are fully engaged in the life of Christ Community Church. A passion for the Body of Christ, and a strong gift for recruiting and developing volunteers are crucial to this role.
