Do you love pouring into volunteers, and seeing them growing, equipped, and empowered to serve God to their fullest?

Our ideal candidate for this full-time position is someone who is highly detailed and organized and thrives on getting tasks done with excellence. This person will also excel in customer service and place the utmost priority on nurturing relationships with volunteers, ministry participants, and church staff. Working closely with the senior director of Next Gen, this person supports the central services aspects of Next Gen ministry across all campuses of Christ Community Church.
