Would you enjoy using your exceptional gifts and abilities to actively serve the employees of Christ Community Church while working closely with our HR Manager to champion the payroll and benefits processes for our most valuable resources - our staff team? 

Is excellent customer service something you cherish, valuing people over processes, while still being able to balance that with the need for strong systems and processes? 

We are looking for a seasoned payroll and benefits specialist to join our HR team and to oversee all of our payroll and benefits processing in this full-time exempt  role. The ideal candidate will negotiate the fine line between the strict confidentiality required to handle payroll and benefits and the need for extreme attention to detail, with exceptional customer service, treating co-workers, candidates, and vendors with the utmost respect and care. Past experience in non-profit payroll and benefits and experience with Paycom HRIS would be a bonus!
